A word on our sales horses and ponies... Our goal is to find the best match and potential home for any horse we offer for sale. We would rather not sell to a buyer if we feel that it not the right match. To that extent we are very honest and upfront on all our horses, no surprises. All horses leave our farm with registrations, and any needed health paperwork. We also are willing to take back any horse we sell or breed when resources allow, no questions asked. We believe in responsible breeding and it is our wish that we never get the call one of ours is in danger in a kill pen or other bad situation. We will do our best to provide any inquiries with as much information as we can, and will occasionally offer terms to approved buyers. A lovely mare with an exciting future! She has been started under saddle, and has undergone our basic trail obstacles in the arena. She walks over tarps, has them laid over her and will follow you through the course of poles and such at will with the lead draped over her neck (see photos). She stands well for the farrier, vet work and grooming. This mare produced a stunning and loudly marked Sabino & Buckskin colt in 2009 (Skyloft I Dream In Color). The colt sold quickly in the fall of 2010 and has been doing well for his new owner.
Lady's sire is the incomperable Shagwood Double Eagle who was most noted as an event and sport stallion. She also is a paternal sister to K-Wood's Golden Eagle, a many times champion under saddle. She passes on size, length of stride, type and lots of chrome and color. An offering for a lovely colorful and noteably bred broodmare or riding horse of such quality is not often found at such a reasonable price. Skyloft Morgans is willing to add additional training miles at a reduced rate to interested buyers.

Monet is a sweet mare that is being started January 2012 under saddle. She is tastefully trimmed in chrome with a touch of flaxen coloring in her mane and foretop. She carries some very notable breeding, also a grand daughter to Windover Enchantmint on both top and bottom. If color is your thing, she is a genetic powerhouse to offer possible Splash lines as well. Monet's dam is a full sister to the Splash mare WB Her Royal Highness who has produced many high white foals including MEMC On Target- a loudly marked Pinto Morgan, both owned by MEMC Morgans. Monet is easy to handle, great for vet, farrier, worming and foaling out. Video from Jan 1, 2011 is available as well. This mare will be spending the winter at Skyloft to begin her saddle work. Her first filly arrived spring 2011, sired by MEMC Chivas Regal and is a spectacular little filly. She has a nice length of hip, good topline and wants to be in your pocket and follow you around. An incredible mare and reluctantly offered...Pebbles is as much of a Black Lab as a horse can be. She is bombproof, loves her person and adores attention. She was a very competitive halter weanling and yearling winning many accolades and hi-points. She is NY Alumni graduated and a well broke harness mare. Started driving at 2 by Skyloft, she also had an additional 60 days with Robyn Cuffey of Photo Finish Farm, and earned great praise from her as well. Pebbles carries herself well in harness, very fancy and stylish. She clips, bathes, vets, and stands for her farrier. She will lick over nibble. She comes from a strong line of super trotting and winning carriage horses and needs to have someone that is willing to take her to a national level and really enjoy her.
Myself, I'm not much into carriage driving and the family member that had wanted to use her just hasn't found the time over the last 2 years. She has been maintained, and was shown in Hlater Mares and Showmanship locally in 2011 earning a Hi Point Halter Mare award for the Cumberland Riding Club. She'd be an ideal childrens horse as well. No issues hauling and showing by herself and very personable and easy to handle for even the most novice of people. She has been backed but not finished under saddle.
